SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the Fedex tracking number for your package.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Overnight orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed on Monday of the following week.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied only to those shipping address' that are located within connecticut.
REPAIRS
Repairs are handled individually and will be done at the customer's expense. Please email customerservice@ashabyadm.com
ORDER STATUS
You may check the status of your order by logging into your ashabyadm.com account and clicking on the order history tab.
PACKAGING
All jewelry is packaged in our signature ASHA pouches and boxes and wrapped in tissue paper. If you would like your order sent with a gift note, you may select the gift note option at checkout.
