SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the fedex tracking number for your package.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Overnight orders placed on friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed on Monday of the following week.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please contact us at customerservice@ashabyadm.com for all international orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Asha by ADM will accept all returns shipped back to us within 10 business days. Please email our customer service department at customerservice@ashabyadm.com or call us at 203.956.7384 before shipping your return and kindly allow 48 hours for a response. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping & handling. Returned items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging or they will not be refunded.  Exchanged may be made within 30 days of original purchase. After two exchanges per order there is a 20% restocking fee.

All custom zodiac shop orders are final sale.  Size exchanges may be made within 10 business.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept : American Express, Visa, & Mastercard.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is applied only to those shipping addresses that are located within the state of Connecticut.

REPAIRS

We will repair any jewelry purchased through ashabyadm.com. Please email

customer service, customerservice@ashabyadm.com and request a repair

merchandise authorization (RMA). Items purchased through other retailers must be

returned for repair to the store the item was purchased.

 Less than 6 months after purchase is complimentary.

 Proof of purchase is required

 More than 6months is subject to repair fee. Fee is contingent upon material

availability and nature of the repair.

 Due to the nature of our product, we may not be able to order certain stones

and/or components needed to repair older ASHA pieces

 Shipping to and from ASHA is covered by the customer

You may check the status of your order by logging into your ashabyadm.com account and clicking on the order history tab.

PACKAGING

All jewelry is packaged in our signature ASHA pouches and boxes and wrapped in tissue paper. Please specify if you would like your boxes sent with ribbon and gift card.
